Requirements

YOUR PROFILE

• Degree: Completed Bachelor’s degree and enrollment in Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related fields. A science background paired with a strong business acumen is also possible.
• Work Experience: Prior experience in investment banking and/or strategy consulting is a must. Experience at a tech startups or venture capital (VC) is a strong advantage.
• Specific Work-Related Experience:  You should have proven that you have strong conceptual thinking and a mastermind in leveraging Google & AI tools like ChatGPT for enhanced productivity. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word are essential.
• Soft Skills: Most importantly, you must be a team player. Furthermore, high ambition combined with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, proactive and self-driven with excellent communication skills are required.
• Language Skills: Fluent in English and preferably German; other languages are a plus.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Desire to become a tech start-up founder yourself. Also, if you pursue a career in VC, this is the right move for you.
