Requirements

• Completed training as a commercial clerk for e-commerce or office management or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in inside sales and optionally also with JTL Warenwirtschaft
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and solve problems
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks
• Excellent German language skills (written and spoken)
• Good English language skills
