Requirements

Bachelors in Engineering with 8 to 12 years relevant experience Masters in Engineering with 7 to 10 years relevant experience Doctorate in Engineering with 6 to 9 years relevant experience Systems Engineering experience in the development, production, operation and support of products in the defense industry (years of experience dependent on the education level below) Experience in the implementation and use of Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) is desirable Experience in UAE or Middle East is desirable Systems Engineering Professional (SEP) certification from the International Council on Systems Engineering (INCOSE) or equivalent certification or training certificates in systems engineering is desirable Capable of technical management Familiar with military (or equivalent) standards and specifications Application of MBSE and/or engineering specialty software
