Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Proven experience in a quality engineering role at a senior level. Strong leadership and mentoring skills. Expertise in Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. In-depth knowledge of product design and manufacturing processes. Experience with serial assembly of electromechanical components. Experience in automation equipment, such as capital goods, automotive assembly or industrial robotics. Experience in a startup/scaleup environment. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Familiarity with industry regulations and certifications.
