Requirements

Required Skills: Previous experience following technician instructions by interpreting engineering blueprints and technical terms Experience troubleshooting electromechanical assemblies and recommending courses of action Experience in testing finished products for defects, debugging failures, and identifying anomalies, as well as understanding and working with test scripts and command prompts Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds unassisted Preferred skills: Ensure full adherence to 6S (Sort, Set In Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, Safety) practices at all times Inventory parts and tools used in the assembling process Engages interest and participation of others and has a collaborative approach to working together Work independently, reviewed infrequently with minimal supervision Previous experience utilizing electrical and manual tools, such as soldering irons, desoldering equipment, and solder removal tools
