Hire Robot Workers - ANYmal D Industrial Robot for Complex Plant Inspection

ANYmal D - industrial robot for plant inspection. Hire robot workers for efficient maintenance.

The Swiss company ANYbotics has unveiled a new industrial robot, ANYmal D, designed to test complex industrial and power plants. This four-legged robot worker is capable of operating in a wide temperature range (-20 to 500°C) and can navigate hard-to-reach places to check the operation of equipment.

ANYmal D is equipped with a thermal imaging camera and a microphone, enabling it to detect overheating or unusual sounds that may indicate potential system issues. The robotic inspector also features a lidar for a panoramic view of the area and wide-angle color cameras, allowing it to avoid obstacles and navigate efficiently.

Once given a route and stopping points, the industrial robot can follow it and check systems for malfunctions. In case a problem is detected during its walk, the robot will send an alert to the control room via Wi-Fi or LTE.

ANYmal D can operate in the dark, thanks to a 3500-lumen LED floodlight, and features a built-in computer that allows it to perform assigned tasks without an internet connection. A camera with a 20x zoom provides visual inspection of mechanisms without the need for close proximity.

The battery life of the device is one and a half hours, after which the industrial robot independently returns to the charging station. It takes about three hours to replenish the battery charge from 0 to 100%.

Hire robot workers like ANYmal D to streamline your industrial plant inspection and maintenance processes. With its advanced capabilities and autonomous operation, ANYmal D ensures efficient and reliable monitoring of complex industrial systems.
