Hire Robot Workers: Kompano Gardening Robot Revolutionizes Horticulture

Kompano gardening robot - autonomous greenhouse care. Hire robot workers for efficient horticulture.

In mid-September 2021, Priva introduced the world's first fully autonomous gardening robot, Kompano, to the market. This innovative robot worker has already begun to be used in practice, revolutionizing the horticultural market and addressing the global need for sustainable innovation.

The Kompano gardening robot is designed to provide round-the-clock care for tomato plants, offering a cost-effective alternative to manual tomato picking. With intelligent algorithms and a patented end gripper, the robot guarantees over 85% efficiency on a 1-hectare weekly area.

As skilled and paid workforce becomes increasingly scarce, and global food demand continues to grow, robotics provides a solution to increase continuity and predictability in day-to-day operations while keeping costs constant or even lower. The Kompano gardening robot makes it easy for farmers to manage their workforce, as it is easily controlled by a smart device and customized according to the user's preferences and requirements.

The gardening robot can independently move around the greenhouse with employees, making autonomous round-the-clock pruning of leaves in horticulture a new reality. After careful research and development, always in cooperation with greenhouse test gardeners, the Kompano gardening robot is now completely ready for use on the market.

Kompano has been tested in several greenhouses in the Netherlands and is designed and prepared for production by Priva and MTA in Helmond. A batch of 50 robots is in production at the MTA plant by September 2021. Over time, the Kompano range will be expanded with a robotic leaf cutter for cucumbers and robotic harvesting robots for tomatoes and cucumbers.

Hire robot workers like the Kompano gardening robot to revolutionize your horticulture operations, providing efficient and sustainable solutions to meet the growing demands of the global food market.
